Walking the smartest path to your clinical milestones

Our experts work in close collaboration with the support of our program management team to work diligently to your timescales, coordinate all activities and maintain constant communication.

Crafting the best route to the clinic for your molecule, our program managers take ownership of your project, overseeing flawless and reliable execution to ensure outstanding satisfaction.

We invest time to understand your needs and project scope, ensuring that we align your requirements with our services.

Our project and business development managers will then assess resource needs, timelines and financial models to create a proposal tailored to you and your molecule.

Kick-off

Kick-off

Your program will be led by a team of assigned subject matter experts and dedicated project managers who will work with you to define a governance structure and agree project-specific KPIs.

Following the kick-off meeting and continuing through your program, the project manager will coordinate regular meetings with SMEs as appropriate and communicate the progress of the project and discuss the path forward.

Execution

Execution

Throughout execution, your program team will monitor and control project development status with a constant focus on quality, timelines and costs. We’ll draft and distribute regular project status reports and organize scheduled project review meetings.

Our team will also proactively identify challenges and escalate situations appropriately to ensure your molecule stays on its critical path to the clinic.

Closure

Closure

Once completed, we perform a formal project closure meeting, determine your satisfaction score and conduct internal reviews to ensure that all lessons learned are used to inform and improve future projects.

We’ll record this information and provide you with a project report alongside.
