Michelle de Roos is a Senior Scientist in the Immunochemistry Department at Ardena with over eight years of experience in bioanalytical sciences. Her work focuses on the development, optimization, validation, and application of bioanalytical methods, with expertise in large molecule PK, ADA, and vaccine assays.
Since joining Ardena in 2018, she has supported a broad range of preclinical and clinical bioanalytical programs across diverse therapeutic modalities, assay platforms, and analytical technologies. In addition to her hands-on scientific responsibilities, Michelle plays an active role in mentoring colleagues, providing technical guidance, and supporting the successful execution of complex bioanalytical studies.
Michelle earned her Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Groningen. Her scientific interests include fit-for-purpose assay design, assay performance optimization, and the resolution of complex bioanalytical challenges through method troubleshooting.
