Ardena Appoints Christian Renken as Business Development Director West Coast

Ardena, a leading pharmaceutical contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), is pleased to announce the appointment of Christian Renken as Business Development Director West Coast, reporting to Steve Kendall, Vice President of Business Development for North America.

As Director of Business Development, Christian brings with him a multidisciplinary approach to the development of transformational relationships in the life sciences and drug development. He applies design and horizontal thinking approaches to problem-solving, working to provide clients with innovative solutions. Christian has experience in academic research and business development for both instruments and services.

Christian holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a PhD in Biology from the University of California, San Diego. He conducted post-doctorate research in cryo-electron microscopy before joining Applied BioPhysics, where he served as Vice President for Life Sciences. Most recently, Christian was Director of Business Development for Tioga Research.

Christian will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans for the West Coast, working closely with the leadership team to drive business development efforts, and building strong relationships with clients.
